Okay, playing Devil's advocate here: So what are the benefits of ownership besides the ones listed and how do they stack up against the rental proposition?
It's a terrific question, Matt. I'm not sure if there's an answer to the issue other than to limit the usage, or at least mass usage of the product to owners.
What are your thoughts?
Totally agree, rent do not own. No reason to be burdened with maintenance fees, trading fees, etc. when renters have more availability and less expense. Only downside: you can't sell or will it. (Ha).
